They just finished my beautiful roof within a day and following is my review: - completed project per agreement with excellent performance - The most I liked is cheapest price that no other companies have when comparing. - Clear and transparent origin of materials with warranty for customer to choose. - do additional items without extra charge - Clean up after work - good attitude workmanship. Doug and crew have done a phenomenal job. From the getting the quote to completion of the job, I am very impressed and with their professionalism and efficiency. Quote stage: Doug was very prompt in arranging a site visit. After the inspection, Doug provided a detailed explanation of the shingles they recommend (one of the highest quality, most reputable shingles on the market), the steps they'd be taking in the work, the warranties and the final price. Doug also explained optional add-ons such as renewing the sky light, being very transparent that there were still 5-6 years life left on them, and did not exert any pressure on me at all to switch them. Pricing: I've obtained 6 quotes for comparison. Doug provided the most competitive pricing for similar grade shingles, services and workmanship warranty. Scheduling the work: simple, straightforward. The work was scheduled 2 weeks from the day of signing contract. Doug made sure the weather for the selected days are appropriate to ensure the best work quality. On site experience: the crew was on time, efficient, polite/keep to themselves and works very clean. We estimated 3 days, and the crew worked super hard and completed job in half the time. They cleaned up the yard and deck before wrapping up each day. Having read so many stories of how messy replacing a roof can be, I am very appreciative of how clean of a job the crew did. Doug was on site to supervise and working with the crew, we had zero interruptions, it was a worry free experience for us and the roof looks beautiful! This roof will hopefully last till I'm old and grey, however if I ever have to replace the roof again, and Doug is still active in the business, they'd be my first call. Highly recommend! Doug was recommended by a friend who he recently completed the roof for. I was very impressed with the professionalism, quality, pricing, and how quickly they completed the project. We had a great experience with Pac Roofing. After discovering a leak, Doug immediately responded to our call for an evaluation and estimate. He identified the problem and, as we suspected, our roof needed to be replaced. Doug and his crew were efficient and professional; we are so happy with the product and their workmanship. Doug was recommended by a neighbor and honestly, we were super impressed with Doug, his team, and the quality work they did! He responded quickly to all my questions promptly and his team did a great job from start to finish in regard to the whole roof installation of our home.
